Animal Fur is either collected by killing and harvesting animals or as a passive income from Animal Pens. Its a essential material mostly used to make Raw Leather.

The slower method to get it is to kill and harvest animals using a hunting knife.

The much more effective way to get Animal Fur is by building a Rabbit Pen or Fox Pen. Catch and breed animals to get a permanent passive income of Animal Fur and resources if you feed them.

Every Animal Pen will give you Animal Fur, but rabbits and foxes are particularly easy to trap, because they are cought without fighting. The more animals are in the Pen, the more ressources you get. You can build Pens for every animal in the game except of horses, elephants and rhinos.
